Reason for creation:

To provide a platform for businesses holding or in need of greenhouse gas reduction quotas (hereinafter "reduction quotas") to disclose or query national quota assignment status and expected future reduction quota sources, allowing businesses holding or in need of reduction quotas to plan future carbon tradings. Additionally, to help development entities discover greenhouse gas reduction opportunities, the platform allows development entities to post offset needs stemming from emission increases in environmental evaluations.

Core works:

publish registered offset cases and approved offset quota cases and post reduction quota needs.

Service highlight:

The platform aims to make transparent reduction quotas and thus encourage businesses to take action to manage climate change risks. It also aims to facilitate greenhouse gas reduction collaboration between different sectors by publishing information about reduction needs and offset needs stemming from emission increases in environmental evaluations.
